I took benchy for an X-ray…

I have an admission. This is the first benchy I’ve ever printed. It’s been four years since I bought my Ender 3S1, but i never printed a single benchy.

I’ve printed a lot of other calibration prints though. But after endless upgrades and tweeking it was finally time to retire the old Ender, and upgrade to a core-xy Elegoo Centauri Carbon. I don’t really need multicolor, so the Centauri Carbon1 was just perfect. But enough of that, lets get over to the X-rays.

This is an ordinary x-ray machine so it’s not to be expected any great revelations, but rather a curious look on how a PLA print looks on a regular X-ray. The lateral view at least make no doubt who this is.

The anterior-posterior view also doesn’t contain any suprises. There’s a little void on the edges of the roof.

The axial view was the only mildy intresting, revealing the infill pattern in elegoos presliced benchy.

Well, that’s it.
